Vito’s: Home of the Original Mesa Pasta Dinner
Before Vito’s Pizza—a long, long, long time ago—Italian food in Mesa was a bland affair, with few offerings. Spaghetti, lasagna, and the occasional eggplant parmigiana (if you were willing to get a little wild, that is!) were the meals of the day. But once Vito’s came into the picture, that all changed. This charming Italian restaurant in Mesa, AZ became THE place for the best pasta around! Lobster-filled ravioli became not only the norm, but taught us to expect that the words seafood and Mesa DO go hand in hand.
Today, we still use the freshest local ingredients in every Mesa dinner, and lunch we serve. How else would we be able to create mouthwatering pasta dishes like our chicken cannelloni, a crowd favorite featuring pasta stuffed with chicken, mushrooms, spinach, parmesan, béchamel, and our delectable marinara sauce. Our linguine pescatore never fails to please even the pickiest of diners; there’s no scrimping on the mussels, clams, salmon, and scallops that top our homemade linguine, and by offering a choice between red or white sauce, this is one dish that appeals to all!
At the end of the day, only one place offers all of the above and so much more. Fine company, quality food, and service with a smile—why go somewhere other than Vito’s Italian restaurant in Mesa, AZ?
